Returns and Exchanges

  • Items purchased from Emlin must be returned or exchanged within 60 days from date of invoice.
  • Pack the returned item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit with your original invoice. We recommend using an insured ground method which can be traced in case of loss (i.e. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or US Postal Priority Mail).

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 800-993-6546.

Please retain the shipping carton and all merchandise and packaging material for the carrier to inspect to assure prompt resolution to your damaged item(s).
